COMMERCIAL DISPUTES

The firm partners have substantial experience from commercial dispute resolution in Sweden and internationally through negotiation, litigation and arbitration, as counsel and as arbitrator in most fields of commercial disputes.

Mediation is becoming common also in commercial disputes as a swift and efficient means to reach a settlement. Karl Johan Dhunér is, aside from his role as an established arbitrator, also active as a mediator.
